Privacy Policy

Placeholder — not legal copy. This page describes what the pre-launch site currently does, so the consent link is never broken. It has not been written or reviewed by a lawyer and must be replaced with a proper policy before public launch. See the README, §“Privacy”.

What we collect

LUMEA is not yet selling anything. Through the waitlist form we collect only:

  • Your first name and email address.
  • That you agreed to receive LUMEA updates, and when.
  • Basic, non-identifying visit information: which campaign or referrer brought you here, and whether you are on mobile, tablet or desktop.

If you choose to answer the optional survey, we also store your answers to those five questions, linked to your email address. The survey is optional and skipping it does not affect your place on the waitlist.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for and do not want health information, payment details, or any special-category personal data. Please do not include such details in the optional free-text fields.

How it is used

To email you launch updates and early-access invitations, and — in aggregate — to decide what to build. Names, email addresses and free-text answers are never sent to analytics platforms.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored by our hosting and form provider. A dedicated email platform has not been connected yet; the README documents how that will change.

Unsubscribing and removal

Every LUMEA email includes an unsubscribe link. To have your details deleted, contact us and we will remove them.
